Typically, players are introduced to Field Hockey at this level because someone has a friend who is trying out and they want to try something new. Whilst we would love for players to start at a younger age, we also understand that some players want to transition from other sports or play a sport for the first time. Our high school program is split into three groups:
Introduction to hockey. This program is designed specifically for players who have never picked up a hockey stick and wish to play for the first time in high school. Players will learn:
Intermediate hockey progression. This program is designed for players who have played for one or two seasons, either as a middle school player or on a JV/ C Team program at their high school who want to advance their skills to play at the next level. Players will learn:
Advanced high school transition. This program has been designed for players who have been playing at the varsity level or advanced middle school level. (Players in this group are eligible for travel team). Players will develop:

- Basic fundamentals of hockey (Pushing, hitting, trapping, dribbling, ball movement)
- Structure and field positioning
- Understanding of technical terms and how to apply them on the field
Intermediate hockey progression. This program is designed for players who have played for one or two seasons, either as a middle school player or on a JV/ C Team program at their high school who want to advance their skills to play at the next level. Players will learn:
- basic fundamentals of hockey ( Pushing, hitting, trapping, dribbling, ball movement)
- Understanding multiple position to create an ideal playing experience
- Advanced structure and field positioning
- Advanced hockey skills (Reverse, 3D skills, aerials etc)
Advanced high school transition. This program has been designed for players who have been playing at the varsity level or advanced middle school level. (Players in this group are eligible for travel team). Players will develop:
- advanced hockey skills (3D skills, reverse, aerials etc)
- attacking principles and how to execute them
- transitioning on the field
- mental game
- conditioning
