MIDDLE SCHOOL
We understand that not all players pick up a hockey stick at the age of 5! In fact, on the West side of the US, majority of players start much later, normally between 7th/8th grade and Freshman year of high school. Our middle school program is split into two groups.
Introduction to hockey. Players will learn:
Advanced Middle School Hockey (Players in this group will be eligible for our travel team programs). Players will learn:
Our Middle School programs run year round. Check our calendar to see where we practice. Saturday sessions will be held in Castle Rock and Sunday Sessions will be held in Denver/Aurora. Members will have access to both sessions. Click here to register. Registration includes:

- Basic fundamentals (Pushing, hitting, trapping, dribbling)
- Basic field structure and positioning
- Developing communication skills
- Team building
Advanced Middle School Hockey (Players in this group will be eligible for our travel team programs). Players will learn:
- Advance skills (Reverse, 3D skills, sweeps etc)
- progressive field structure and positioning
- 1 vs 1 and strokes
- Developing players into a multi-positioned player
- Leadership skills
